TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender concerns the award of a 2-year framework agreement regarding the supply of fuel cards as a payment solution for the procurement of diesel for the Contracting Authority’s Vehicles from the Supplier’s network of fuel stations abroad (Europe). “Abroad” is understood to mean countries in Europe outside Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands. The extent of the Supplier’s network of fuel stations abroad is part of the tender evaluation. As part of the Agreement, the Supplier must continuously issue the necessary number of fuel cards for use for payment for diesel, etc. at the Supplier’s network of fuel stations abroad. In addition, the Supplier must daily submit information regarding the use of fuel cards to FMI, as specified in more detail in the tender documents. The expected annual drawdown under the framework agreement is assessed to be approx. 200,000 litres of diesel and possibly approx. 25,000 litres of petrol. These figures are based on FMI’s experience figures for 2023–2025.
