The core scope of work for this tender is a framework agreement for the purchase of servers, storage, network equipment, and associated services. The primary purpose is to ensure the client's access to high-quality equipment, necessary advice, and related services, covering their ongoing needs for replacement, expansion, and new acquisitions throughout the contract period. An optional service agreement for relevant products, particularly core data center components such as servers, storage solutions, network components, firewalls, controllers, and other critical infrastructure, is also required.

The core deliverables explicitly stated are:

• Delivery of servers, storage products, and network equipment.
• Provision of necessary consulting and related services.
• Capability to perform mounting and installation of delivered equipment, including cable pulling for data networks and physical infrastructure, followed by final testing.
• Handling of defective units or products, including repair, redelivery of replacements, and return logistics.
• Technical support during normal office hours (08:00–16:00 on weekdays), which must be cost-free for standard support and available via email and phone in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish.
• Professional information and advice related to products and solutions covered by the agreement, provided free of charge when directly linked to deliveries.
• Maintenance of a web-based overview of drivers for products.
• Offering a licensing model for server operating systems and database software, such as Microsoft Datacenter and MS SQL or equivalent products.
• Making documentation and user manuals available in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or English.
• Participation in an approved return scheme for covered products.
• An electronic ordering solution (webshop) showing all available models, prices, specifications, options, and accessories, updated within 5 working days of any changes.
• Delivery of statistics covering all deliveries under the framework agreement, including details such as participant/municipality, product name, category, order/invoice date, item number, quantity, unit price, total value, and relevant environmental information (kWh consumption, eco-label).
• Ensuring all IT equipment complies with applicable Norwegian and EEA regulations concerning health and environmentally hazardous substances and products (e.g., RoHS, POPs, and REACH).
