TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement services of the City of Savonlinna request tenders for organizing the ICT services of the Municipality of Rantasalmi for the contract period 01.04.2027 - 31.03.2030. If the contracting authority terminates the contract at least six (6) months before the end of the contract period, the contract will expire on 31.03.2030. If the contract is not terminated to end at the end of the contract period, the contract will continue indefinitely with a six (6) month notice period. If the contract continues, the procurement contract will be applied under the existing terms as they are valid at the end of the contract period. By submitting and signing the procurement contract, the contract supplier commits to the contract continuing indefinitely if the contracting authority so wishes. The ICT service package to be procured consists of the following services: 1) Taking control of the current state (implementation project) 2) Continuous ongoing service production 3) Network, cybersecurity, and quality control and management services 4) Centralized support, management, and expert services The offer is binding and must be prepared in Finnish.
