TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement services of the City of Savonlinna request tenders for organizing the ICT services of the Municipality of Rantasalmi for the contract period 01.04.2027 - 31.03.2030. If the contracting authority terminates the contract at least six (6) months before the end of the contract period, the contract will end on 31.03.2030. If the contract is not terminated to end at the end of the contract period, the contract will continue indefinitely with six (6) months' notice. If the contract continues, the procurement contract will apply under the previous terms as they are in force at the end of the contract period. By submitting and signing the procurement contract, the supplier agrees that the contract will continue indefinitely if the contracting authority so wishes. The ICT service package to be procured consists of the following services: 1) Taking control of the current state (implementation project) 2) Continuous service production 3) Network, information security, and quality monitoring and management services 4) Centralized support, management, and expert services The offer is binding and must be drafted in Finnish.
