TENDER DESCRIPTION
The renovation of the historic town hall in Trossingen includes the complete renewal of building services, the construction of new sanitary rooms, upgrading of accessibility with a new elevator system, upgrading fire protection, and refurbishment of all surfaces and windows. In total, 21 single and group offices with the associated ancillary rooms and access areas are being renovated. The extension of the town hall is a planned new building, which directly adjoins the historic town hall and is connected on the ground floor. The four-storey building of the new construction is partially basemented and planned as reinforced concrete construction. The new annex features 34 single and group offices, 3 open-plan offices, several meeting rooms, as well as a hall for municipal council sessions.
