TENDER DESCRIPTION
The renovation of the historic town hall in Trossingen includes the complete renewal of building services, the construction of new sanitary facilities, upgrading accessibility with a new elevator system, upgrading fire protection, and refurbishment of all surfaces and windows. In total, 21 single and group offices with associated ancillary rooms and access areas will be renovated. The extension of the town hall is a planned new build that adjoins the historic town hall directly and is connected on the ground floor. The four-storey new building is partly basemented and planned using reinforced concrete construction. The new annex offers 34 single and group offices, 3 open-plan offices, several meeting rooms, as well as a hall for municipal council meetings.
