The City of Rauma requests tenders for recruitment and suitability assessment services in accordance with what is described in this tender request. The City of Rauma is an employer of approximately 1,600 people, recruiting annually experts, supervisors and management for various positions in four different sectors and in two business units. Recruitment needs vary both in quantity and in content, which is why the future service is expected to be flexible, scalable and able to adapt to different situations. At the same time, it is important that the service supports decision-making and brings predictability and quality to recruitment. The service package to be tendered consists of various service packages that cover both broader recruitment assignments and individual services.
