TENDER DESCRIPTION

It is intended to introduce software for booking workplaces and rooms in the desk-sharing areas of the Chemnitz city administration. The system should support flexible configuration of bookable resources (workplaces, consultation rooms, and if applicable also vehicles). This should not only be a booking software, but also an optimization of work areas; therefore, an evaluation function should also be provided. In total, approximately 1,800 resource-based licenses are required, which can be used by a total of approximately 5,000 users. Initially, approximately 420 licenses are needed for the rollout in the first offices with desk sharing. Over the next few years (up to approximately 2030), a further approximately 1,380 licenses will be required. In addition, there are the hosting of the software, the setup of the software, support, training, and an annual services budget for any programming.
