TENDER DESCRIPTION
It is intended to introduce software for workplace and room booking in the desk-sharing areas of the City of Chemnitz. The system should support flexible configuration of bookable resources (workplaces, consultation rooms, and if applicable also vehicles). Here, it should not be merely a booking software, but also an optimization of workspaces; therefore, an evaluation function should also be provided. Overall, approximately 1,800 resource-based licences are required, which can be used by a total of approximately 5,000 users. Initially, approximately 420 licences are needed for the rollout in the first offices with desk sharing. Over the coming years (until approximately 2030), an additional approximately 1,380 licences will be needed. In addition, the hosting of the software, setup of the software, support, training, and an annual service budget for any programming are required.
