TENDER DESCRIPTION

A winter service period starts each year on November 1 and ends on March 31 of the following year. Route for winter service in the district of Gelting including the brickyard. A winter service tour takes on average approx. 4 hours. There is no legal entitlement to fulfillment of the number of hours. The offered hourly rate will apply to all advertised winter service periods. The contract is to be carried out by the bidder with own personnel. Partial or full transfer of the contract to a subcontractor is not permitted and will result in exclusion of the bid. For the execution of clearing and gritting operations, the contractor provides functional vehicle(s) as well as devices serving the clearing operation including their accessories in operational and roadworthy condition as well as the necessary driving personnel. Attachments and clearing equipment as well as auxiliary personnel are not provided by the contracting authority. Safety markings as well as headlights and lights according to DIN and StVZO are required on the vehicles.
