TENDER DESCRIPTION

A winter service period begins on November 1 of each year and ends on March 31 of the following year. Route for winter service in the Gelting district with brickyard. A winter service tour averages approximately 4 hours. There is no legal entitlement to fulfillment of the number of hours. The offered hourly rate applies to all advertised winter service periods. The contract must be performed by the bidder with their own personnel. Partial or full transfer of the contract to a subcontractor is not permitted and leads to exclusion of the offer. For the execution of clearing and spreading operations, the contractor provides functional vehicle(s) and equipment for the clearing operation including their ancillary equipment in operational and roadworthy condition as well as the necessary driving personnel. Attachments, clearing devices, and auxiliary personnel are not provided by the contracting authority. The vehicles must have safety markings as well as headlights and lights according to DIN and StVZO.
