Conversion and Expansion of Schönkirchen School Center - 3rd Construction Phase Primary and Community School Schönkirchen, Augustental 29, 24232 Schönkirchen. The new construction, renovation, and expansion include three construction phases. 1st phase: NaWi specialist classroom wing, 3 stories 2nd phase: Basic renovation with new establishment of the special education school, 3 stories 3rd phase: New construction of the primary school, 2 stories In the 3rd construction phase, 2 existing buildings and a connecting corridor will be demolished. On the freed-up area, the new primary school with auditorium will be constructed using solid construction. A small extent of remodeling work is planned on adjacent building parts. Description of the construction measure / building description: The main part of the new school building will be built as two stories with ground and upper floors. A connecting part to the existing building has a basement and ground floor.
