TENDER DESCRIPTION

Room air handling systems for the new construction of a children’s home in Rosenheim. Supply and exhaust air are provided via two ventilation units for outdoor installation: a central unit with 9,600 m3/h and a kitchen unit with 4,000 m3/h supply and exhaust air. Both units have heat recovery and heating registers. In addition, the central unit has a cooling register; the kitchen unit has a blank part for later retrofitting of such a register. In the kitchen, a ventilation ceiling made of stainless steel with supply and exhaust elements will be installed over an area of approximately 45 m2. The air distribution ductwork network comprises approximately 780 m2 of air ducts including fittings, and approximately 350 m of spiral seam ducts. Supply outlets are ventilation grilles, swirl diffusers, and disc valves. Also included in the scope of services are fire protection dampers, volume flow controllers, silencers, insulation, fasteners, and weather protection grilles.
