TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is the supply, installation, and commissioning-ready handover of all building-technology systems for the ventilation and air-conditioning systems. On the site, in the north on Wilhelmstraße, there is the Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium including the 3-field sports hall. To the south, the Erna-de-Fries Gesamtschule and the Sporthalle Ost (3-field) adjoin it. The location of the two new buildings in the south of the existing campus grounds completes this urban development concept into a functional and future-oriented school, sports, and culture location (culture and youth centre Scheune, courtyard Bögel-Windmeyer, climbing forest, Heimathaus, Sportzentrum Ost). The new construction of the sports hall is situated in the south of the plot and, together with the new Hauptschule, completes the school complex into a functional and future-oriented campus.
