TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the supply, installation and ready-for-operation handover of all building services systems for the air handling and ventilation systems. On the site, to the north on Wilhelmstraße, there is the Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium including a 3-field sports hall. To the south, the Erna-de-Fries Gesamtschule and the Sporthalle Ost (3-field) adjoin. The location of the two new buildings to the south of the existing campus site completes this development conceptatically into a functional and future-oriented school, sports and culture location (Culture and Youth Centre Scheune, Hof Bögel-Windmeyer, climbing forest, Heimathaus, Sportzentrum Ost). The new construction of the sports hall is positioned to the south of the plot and, together with the new secondary school (Hauptschule), completes the school complex into a functional and future-oriented campus.
