TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is the supply, installation, and ready-for-operation handover of all building services installations for the air handling systems. On the site, to the north on Wilhelmstraße, there is the Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium including a three-court sports hall. To the south, this is followed by the Erna-de-Fries Gesamtschule and the Sporthalle Ost (3-court). The siting of the two new buildings in the south of the existing campus grounds completes, from an urban-planning perspective, this location as a functional and future-oriented site for education, sport, and culture (Cultural and Youth Centre Scheune, courtyard Bögel-Windmeyer, climbing forest, Heimathaus, Sportzentrum Ost). The replacement new build of the sports and multi-purpose hall, embedded in the green environment shaped by the topography, forms the southern structural boundary of the campus site with direct connection to Lake Aasee. The new construction of the sports hall is located to the south of the plot and, together with the new main school, completes the school complex into a functional and future-oriented campus.
