TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the delivery, installation, and ready-for-operation handover of all building technical systems for the air handling and ventilation systems. On the site, to the north on Wilhelmstraße, there is the Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium including a 3-court sports hall. To the south, the Erna-de-Fries Gesamtschule and the Ost sports hall (3-court) adjoin. The location of the two new buildings to the south of the existing campus site completes this, from an urban planning perspective, into a functional and future-oriented school, sports, and cultural location (culture and youth center Scheune, courtyard Bögel-Windmeyer, climbing forest, home house Heimathaus, Ost sports center). The replacement new build of the sports and multi-purpose hall is thereby integrated into the green, topographically shaped environment as the southern structural boundary of the campus area, with direct connection to the Aasee. The new sports hall is positioned to the south of the plot and, together with the new main school, completes the school complex into a functional and future-oriented campus.
