The construction site is located in the Berlin district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, at the end of Trebbiner Str. as a dead-end street, as a public access road to the technical museum, on the premises of the 'Deutsches Technikmuseum Berlin'. The entire building services of the existing building portion (Altbau) are to be renewed. Service specified here: Air handling technology The described refurbishment is to, broadly speaking, follow the individual construction phases, which are oriented to the trades of electrical and sanitary (sanitation). These run vertically through the building. In doing so, areas in the ground floor (EG) and the 1st floor (1. OG) remain in operation as part of the ongoing museum operations.
