TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Schleswig-Flensburg is the client for a three-storey office building with an underground car park at Wassermühlenstraße 43 in Kappeln. Floor area: 2,053 m², net usable floor area (NRF): 2,637 m², floor area (GRF): 668 m², floor area underground car park: 1,136 m². The building will be constructed as a reinforced concrete frame structure. Strip footings, reinforced concrete exterior walls of the underground car park and the cantilevered reinforced concrete ceiling will be cast in situ. The above-ground storeys (ground floor and first floor) will be constructed using precast reinforced concrete components, system beams made of steel and prestressed concrete hollow-core slab ceilings. The external walls are non-load-bearing and will be made from prefabricated timber frame wall elements. The storey set back and the roof slab will accordingly be built as a timber structure.
