TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement is new construction of sanitary facilities, i.e. of a service facility. The type, characteristics, quality and description of the subject of the public procurement are defined in the construction execution design documentation (PZI), project no. 21_2022, dated March 2026, prepared by the designer Biro Biščak d.o.o., Ulica 1. Maja 12, 6230 Postojna. At all locations in the bill of quantities where the manufacturer, model or product type may possibly be specified, the contracting authority allows the submission of an equivalent product which is actually equivalent to the required one in terms of technical characteristics and functionality. The contracting authority reserves the right, from the tenderer, in the tender assessment phase and in the phase of contract performance, to request evidence of the exact technical characteristics of the offered goods. The deadline for completing all contractual works is by 31. 3. 2027, with the start of works planned for 1. 10. 2026.
