TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement is the new construction of sanitary facilities, i.e. of a service building. The type, characteristics, quality and description of the subject of the public procurement are defined in the design documentation for the execution of the construction (PZI), project no. 21_2022, with the date March 2026, prepared by the designer Biro Biščak d.o.o., Ulica 1. Maja 12, 6230 Postojna. The contracting authority, in all places in the bill of quantities where a manufacturer, model or product type may be specified, allows the submission of an equivalent product which, in terms of technical characteristics and functionality, is actually equivalent to the required one. The contracting authority reserves the right to require from the tenderer, during the tender assessment phase and during the execution phase of the contract, evidence of the exact technical characteristics of the offered goods. The deadline for the completion of all contractual works is by 31. 3. 2027, with the start of the works envisaged for 1. 10. 2026.
