TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the provision of services for the collection of certain types of municipal waste in the area of the Municipality of Gornja Radgona as a mandatory municipal public utility service under point 3 of the first paragraph of Article 233 of the Environmental Protection Act (ZVO-2), namely the collection of: - separate fractions of certain municipal waste and bulky waste, with the exception of separately collected waste packaging and biodegradable kitchen waste and green garden waste, - separately collected waste packaging, - biodegradable kitchen waste and green garden waste, and - mixed municipal waste. The subject also includes all accompanying services, equipment and obligations specified in the documentation relating to the award of the public contract, the Decree on the collection of municipal waste in the area of the Municipality of Gornja Radgona (Lokalni časopis Prepih, No. 94/2015, and the Official Gazette of Slovenian Municipalities, No. 8/2025), ZVO-2, waste regulations, the methodology for determining prices for services of mandatory municipal public utility services for environmental protection, and other applicable regulations.
