European public procurement FRAME agreement Maintenance of green areas on the Alblasserwaard sites 2027 - 2031 The reason for this procurement procedure concerns the expiry of the current Agreement for the maintenance of greenery on the WSRL sites in the Alblasserwaard. The need for this service will also continue to exist in the future. Therefore, WSRL intends to enter into a new Agreement by means of this procurement procedure. The expiring Agreement was in the form of a traditional RAW specification. Water Board Rivierenland (Waterschap Rivierenland) has evaluated this contract form internally and subsequently decided to award new contracts for the maintenance of greenery in the form of FRAME agreements. Water Board Rivierenland wishes to conclude a FRAME agreement with one Tenderer (Inschrijver). During the term of the FRAME agreement, individual assignments will be issued; no rights can be derived from them.
