The subject matter of the concession is in particular the grant to the successful tenderer, for a fixed period and under the terms of the draft concession contract, of an exclusive authorisation to ensure, at its own expense and at its own operating risk, in particular the procurement of precious metal, production preparation, minting, packaging, storage, distribution, promotion, direct sales, customer support, claims, buy-back and reporting in relation to the gold and silver investment collectible euro coins “BIATEC”, to the extent specified in the draft Concession Contract on granting the exclusive right to mint, distribute and sell investment collectible euro coins “BIATEC” No. C-NBS1-000-123-678, which is located in Annex No. 1 to Section D. INDEPENDENT ANNEXES of the concession documentation.
