“Together is easier – support for seniors in the Municipality of Mniszków” – carers as part of home care The subject matter of the contract is the provision of care services provided by: - 1 carer, for 5 persons requiring support in everyday functioning due to age, health condition or disability, in accordance with the following detailed terms and requirements: 1) The services will be provided at the participant’s place of residence (within the territory of the Municipality of Mniszków) in the project by the carer, in the period from 09.2026 to 07.2028, with the possibility of extension for the duration of the project. 2) The total scope of the subject matter includes the provision of care services in accordance with the current needs of the participants and the schedule established by the Contracting Authority, during the term of the contract. 3) The carer providing support at the place of residence will provide services in an average of 90 hours per month. One service hour is a clock hour (60 minutes), calculated as the actual time worked while providing the care services at the Senior Club.
