TENDER DESCRIPTION
Annual procurement of fresh meat during 2027 for the needs of the požega prison. The offered goods must in full satisfy all required conditions from the description of the procurement subject and the bill of quantities. During the procedure of reviewing and evaluating tenders, the contracting authority may request from the tenderer the delivery of certain documents related to the procurement subject (product declaration, etc.), By means of which it is proven that the offered goods comply with the characteristics stated in the description of the procurement subject and the bill of quantities. If it is determined that the offered goods do not comply with the conditions, characteristics and description of the procurement subject, the contracting authority will reject such a tender as invalid.
