TENDER DESCRIPTION
Annual procurement of fresh meat during 2027 for the needs of the požega prison. The offered goods must in their entirety satisfy all required conditions from the description of the procurement subject matter and the cost estimate. During the procedure for review and evaluation of tenders, the contracting authority may request from the tenderer the submission of certain documents related to the procurement subject matter (product declaration, etc.), By which it is proof that the offered goods meet the characteristics stated in the description of the procurement subject matter and the cost estimate.
