The contract starts on the day both parties sign it. The contract is valid until all agreed services are performed, but for a maximum period of five (5) years from the date of publication (setting up the production system). The total duration of the contract is a maximum of five (5) years.

• Publication of the website in the initial stage of the IJS web platform, including the main page, news system, area descriptions, administration web pages, and links to sections, units, and projects, due no later than 3 months after the contract is signed.
• Graphic design, which involves preparing the graphic design of the website, aligning it with the IJS corporate identity, and designing individual pages and website elements, due 3 months after signing the contract or 2 months after the approval of the drafts from the first bullet point.
• Adaptation after the renovation of the IJS corporate identity, development of supporting databases, programming of the content management system, website programming, preparation and input of content, and testing, all due 3 months after the submitted documentation.

• Maintenance: Five years of maintenance for the developed platform.
