Razvoj, nadgradnja in vzdrževanje informacijskih sistemov AJPES (IS DRE_01)

The contract duration is 48 months. The contract becomes valid upon the signature of the last contracting party and becomes effective upon the submission of financial security for the good performance of contractual obligations. The 48-month period commences from this effective date. The actual start date is contingent on the public tender procedure.

Key milestones and phases, with "T" representing the contract implementation start date, are as follows:

• Information System RDL Development:
• Intermediate component (ZPPDFT-3): T + 15 months.
• Third intermediate component: T + 30 months.
• Information System BORIS Development:
• First intermediate (v2.0): T + 6 months.
• Second intermediate (v3.0): T + 12 months.
• Third intermediate (v4.0): T + 24 months.
• Information System BRIS Development:
• First intermediate (DQD): T + 4 months.
• Second intermediate (v4.0 + refBRIS): T + 18 months.
• Third intermediate (v6.0): T + 30 months.

The core scope of work for this tender is the development, upgrade, and maintenance of AJPES information systems, specifically RDL, BORIS, BRIS, RTR, and REZ.

The Statement of Work summary includes the following core deliverables:

• Basic Maintenance: Ongoing maintenance for RDL, BORIS, BRIS, RTR, and REZ for a period of 48 months.
• Development of Information Systems:
• RDL: Includes a second interim module (ZPPDFT-3) requiring an estimated 210 person-days, to be completed T + 15 months from the contract start date, and a third interim module requiring 90 person-days, due T + 30 months.
• BORIS: Involves a first interim module (v2.0) requiring 90 person-days (T + 6 months), a second interim module (v3.0) requiring 50 person-days (T + 12 months), and a third interim module (v4.0) requiring 40 person-days (T + 24 months). Development will be based on EU DIGIT platform documentation and existing versions.
• BRIS: Comprises a first interim module (DQd - Disqualified Directors) requiring 100 person-days (T + 4 months), a second interim module (v4.0 + refBRIS) requiring 200 person-days (T + 18 months), and a third interim module (v6.0) requiring 180 person-days (T + 30 months). This includes developing a refBRIS web application for data exchange process management. Development will be based on EU DIGIT platform documentation and existing versions.
• Upgrades and Additional Works:
• Upgrades: Includes 150 person-days for upgrades across RDL, BRIS, BORIS, RTR, and REZ due to legislative changes, regulatory requirements, and technical adjustments. This also covers the implementation of proposed IT solutions, updates for compliance with legislation (e.g., ZUP-I, ZVOP-1, ZInfV-1) and EU DIGIT requirements, and the creation of a monitoring application.
• Additional Works (General): An estimated 50 person-days for additional works as needed for RDL, BRIS, BORIS, RTR, and REZ.
• Additional Works (RTR Specific): An estimated 160 person-days for additional works specifically for RTR.

Functional requirements for each interim development module will be jointly prepared by the client and the contractor.
