TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this study concerns the reconstruction of the Port d'Agrès bridge allowing departmental road No. 963 to cross the Lot River in the municipalities of Flagnac and Saint-Parthem, Canton of Lot and Dourdou. The project provides for the construction of a new structure in the immediate vicinity of the existing bow-string type bridge, with a span of approximately 100 m. Contract divided into lots as follows: Firm lot: Preliminary studies, performance time: 6 months from the start order, Optional lot No. 1: Preliminary Design phase, performance time: 6 months from the start order, Optional lot No. 2: Design phase, performance time: 6 months from the start order, Optional lot No. 3: Assistance in awarding construction contracts, performance time: 3 months from the start order, Optional lot No. 4: Technical assistance during construction phase, performance time: 48 months from the start order, Optional lot No. 5: Assistance and expertise missions: This lot is executed by purchase orders without minimum and with a maximum of 50,000.00 Euros excluding VAT, performance time: 48 months from the start order.
