TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services are paid for by unit prices. This call for tenders consists of two lots launched at different stages. LOT 1: Deconstruction of the A. Bertrand bridge. This involves the deconstruction of the bridge over the Allier. This structure is a reinforced concrete bridge with two arched spans and a central pier on the right bank at the edge of the riverbank. This structure was built in 1929. Due to its age and its structural defects, it must be deconstructed in order to reconstruct a new structure subsequently. This reconstruction phase is not included in this file. The contractor shall carry out the services in compliance with the environmental requirements defined in the contract. It shall implement all measures necessary to limit the construction site’s impacts on the environment, in particular with regard to waste management, reduction of nuisances, prevention of pollution, and the use of environmentally low-impact materials.
