The services are paid for by unit and lump-sum prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the similar services envisaged. The purpose is to carry out earthworks, drainage, civil engineering, deconstruction and on-site (non-collective) drainage works to secure the roadside embankment slope of RD47 along a built-up dwelling located in the commune of Poligné. These works are as follows: - demolition of a barn with a roof made of asbestos fibro-cement sheet metal - construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall of 47.50 m and a return wall of 7.80 m in length, with a height varying from 2.50 m to 1.20 m - reconstitution of the embankment slope of the road fill with a gradient of 3H/2V between the shoulder of RD47 and the upper part of the retaining wall constructed on the land of the built-up property - construction of an on-site (non-collective) drainage system along the property - supply and installation of a guardrail over 15 m The services are paid for by unit and lump-sum prices.
