The services are paid by unit prices. As part of the RD900 and RD914 requalification project between the Mailloles roundabout and the Mas Rouma roundabout, this invitation to tender relates to the construction of the OA5 structure on SNCF tracks. With a view to promoting employment and combating exclusion, the Departmental Council has committed to a proactive policy for the integration of people seeking employment or at risk of exclusion. To this end, it has decided to call upon its preferred partners, namely businesses, in order to facilitate these people’s access to employment through the implementation of the professional integration clause (“social clause”), a condition for the performance of the contract that applies to the contractor in accordance with the provisions set out in the contract.
