TENDER DESCRIPTION
This consultation concerns preliminary environmental studies and the preparation of regulatory environmental documentation - RD900 - Pritz Sector. The procurement procedure used is an open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique). The contract with phased lots will be concluded in accordance with Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code: - firm lot (TF): "case-by-case" procedure and regulatory documentation. - optional lot (TO01): performance of an impact study procedure. The breakdown of the lots is defined in the tender specifications. In the event that the lots overlap over time, the minimum overall duration planned for carrying out all of the services is 43 months, including 2 months for the preparatory phase. The time limit for the execution of each lot is set in the tender specifications.
