RD900 - Secteur Pritz - Etudes préalables environnementales

TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns preliminary environmental studies and the preparation of regulatory environmental files - RD900 - Pritz Sector. The contract award procedure used is an open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique). The framework agreement with tranches will be concluded in accordance with Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code: - firm tranche (TF): procedure "case-by-case" and regulatory files. - optional tranche (TO01): carrying out an impact study procedure. The details of the tranches are defined in the specifications. In the event that the tranches overlap in time, the minimum overall duration planned for carrying out all the services is 43 months, including 2 months of the preparatory phase. The time limit for completing each tranche is set out in the specifications.
