TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of carrying out the project is the urgent need to rehabilitate the building, which is in a fairly advanced state of deterioration, due to the degradation of the roofing/envelope elements and water infiltration. The site is located within the built-up area (intravilan) of the Municipality of Timișoara, on Pestalozzi Street no. 3-5, in the east-central area of the locality. The building where the investment is to be carried out is registered in C.F. no. 447674- C1-U2 Timișoara, with a built-up area of 2320 sq m, owned by the beneficiary, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Victor Babeș" Timișoara. On the land there is also an additional ground-floor building C2 – "grinding/grit-blasting apparatus", with an area of 145 sq m, which will not be modified. The P+3E building proposed for rehabilitation is in an advanced stage of deterioration. The property consists of three structurally separate building bodies, but they functionally connect/communicate. Based on the existing data, the structure was built in 1974 with the function of an auto-section/auto workshop and administrative spaces—offices.
