TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender is for the procurement of reagents for Indirect Immunofluorescence Assay (IFA), encompassing the supply of necessary reagents, consumables, and quality control materials for the verification of offered tests. Bidders are required to ensure all offered reagents possess a mandatory CE-IVD certificate. The core scope of work for this tender involves the procurement of various laboratory reagents and associated consumables, as well as, for certain groups, the provision and maintenance of diagnostic equipment. The contract duration for these services and supplies is 12 months, starting from the mutual signing of the agreement. Options for renewal are not applicable.
The specific procurement groups include:
- Eppendorf pipette tips for non-accredited laboratories (Group 18).
- Reagents for emergency serological tests on an automated CLIA analyzer (Group 20). For this group, the selected bidder must also provide a diagnostic device for free use during the contract term, cover all costs related to its delivery, installation, verification, service, regular maintenance, and staff training. The bidder is also responsible for connecting the device to the hospital system.
- Reagents for IFA (Indirect Immunofluorescence Assay) (Group 1). The bidder is expected to provide free reagents, consumables, and quality control materials for the verification of the offered tests.
- Multiplex PCR diagnostics for gastrointestinal system infections and tuberculosis (Group 10).
- PCR test for quantitative determination of TTV (Group 5).
- Reagents for nucleic acid isolation by magnetic bead method (Group 22). Similar to Group 20, the bidder must provide a diagnostic device for free use, covering all costs of delivery, installation, verification, service, maintenance, training, and connection to the hospital system.
- Reagents for virological diagnostics (Group 23).
- Reagents for rapid PCR for SARS-COV-2, RSV (Group 21).
The actual quantities of items procured may vary from the estimated quantities specified in the bill of quantities. Detailed technical specifications and cost breakdowns are provided in separate attachments. The main place of execution and delivery is Klinički bolnički centar Split, Bolnička ljekarna, Spinčićeva 1, 21000 Split, with working hours from 07:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday.
