The contract duration is 12 months. The contract start date is from the mutual signature of both parties. The contract is concluded until September 12, 2025, or until the completion of the public procurement procedure or the occurrence of circumstances for its termination. Additionally, the contract may continue to apply beyond September 12, 2025, if the Client provides written notification to the Contractor. If the contract is extended beyond one year, either party can terminate it with a 15-day notice period.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the procurement of reagents for whole exome sequencing on a NEXTSEQ 2000 device and whole genome sequencing, which includes methylation detection.

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include:

• Supply of reagents for whole exome sequencing (WES), specifically a panel that covers a minimum of 37 Mb of exome content. These reagents must be sufficient for preparing 96 samples, utilize an enrichment-based protocol, and include indices, purification beads, and all necessary enrichment reagents. The panel needs to be compatible with existing Illumina sequencers and ensure a minimum of 99.1% coverage of coding regions from databases like RefSeq CDS, ACMG, and OMIM.
• Another panel for whole exome sequencing, also for 96 samples, with similar enrichment protocol and included indices and reagents.
• A panel for whole mitochondrial genome sequencing, compatible with the whole exome sequencing panel.
• Internal control reagents for sequencing, specifically the PhiX CONTROL V3 KIT (10nM, compatible with 2x150 sequencing cycles).
• Reagents for sequencing on the Illumina NextSeq 2000 device.
• Illumina® 5 Base DNA Prep reagents for 24 samples, compatible with genomic and cfDNA samples, and capable of simultaneous preparation of 24 samples.
• A Workflow Design and Evaluation Service specifically for the NovaSeq™ System, covering sequencing only.

The project aims to process samples for approximately 700 patients for WES 100x and 96 patients for 5-base WGS 30x, totaling 796 patients. The contract duration is 12 months, commencing upon mutual signing. The primary location for the execution of these services and delivery of goods is Klinika za dječje bolesti Zagreb (Children's Hospital Zagreb).
