If the laboratory lacks the device necessary for performing the tests, the supplier must install it and enable the contracting authority to use it until the reagents supplied under the procurement contract are consumed. The supplier must perform full maintenance on the device during the procurement period. The fee for device usage rights and full maintenance must be included in the base reagent cost (part 1 row 22, cost corresponding to the guaranteed volume), for additional volume only the reagent cost must be submitted (row 23). List all solutions, reagents, calibrators, and consumables (collectively materials) necessary for device operation, adding rows accordingly. If the offer does not include all necessary materials or contains them in insufficient quantities, the supplier must provide them free of charge.
