TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1 concerns the construction realization of the IKC. The assignment consists essentially of realizing three interconnected buildings with a wooden main supporting structure, HSB façades, and a constructional design that aligns with the sustainability ambitions of the project. This lot includes the building envelope, finishing, fixed constructional provisions, and the associated outdoor space, including the inner courtyard and paving.
