Framework agreement with a maximum annual amount executed by issuing purchase orders. The framework agreement is intended for carrying out analyses of urban waste water and treatment by-products on samples taken from sanitation systems by the agents of the Département du Gard. The analysis services must preferably be entrusted to an approved laboratory whose approval is issued by the Ministry for Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion. Sample analyses must comply with applicable standards and national analysis methods, as well as the conditions of the Order of 26 June 2023 setting out the terms for approval of laboratories carrying out analyses in the field of water and aquatic environments under the Environmental Code Framework agreement with a maximum annual amount executed by issuing purchase orders.
