TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement with a maximum annual amount executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The purpose of the framework agreement is to carry out analyses of urban waste water and wastewater treatment by-products on samples taken from sanitation systems by the agents of the Conseil Départemental du Gard. The analysis service performances must preferably be entrusted to an accredited laboratory whose accreditation is issued by the Ministry for Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion. The analyses of samples must comply with the applicable standards and the national analysis methods, as well as the conditions of the Order of 26 June 2023 laying down arrangements for the accreditation of laboratories carrying out analyses in the field of water and aquatic environments under the Environmental Code Framework agreement with a maximum annual amount executed by the issuance of purchase orders.
