The contract takes effect from its date of notification. It is initially concluded for a period running until December 31, 2027. The contract is tacitly renewable for successive periods of one (1) year, with its total duration not exceeding December 31, 2030.

This includes services in software and technical architecture, Cloud and DevSecOps architecture, Kubernetes and containerization, functional design, Front-End, Back-End, and Full Stack development, UX/UI, software qualification and testing strategy, performance optimization, application security, artificial intelligence, and development automation. Specific sprint activities may involve design, development, or functional testing. UX/UI services also include ergonomic consulting, application UX audits, user-centered design workshops, digital device concept definition, trend monitoring, and graphic design such as interface design, custom icon/pictogram creation, UI guideline definition, infographics, illustrations, character design, and storyboarding.

The statement of work summary indicates that for each request, the contractor must provide a proposal detailing the profiles mobilized, estimated workload, proposed approach, provisional planning, and associated deliverables.
