Synoptic diagrams requirements for DSAR: The development of a standardized representation of local stations (management nodes, pumping stations or pre-treatment stations) offers multiple benefits: -Facilitate understanding of site operations for new arrivals -Facilitate communication between field agents and office staff -Limit the risk of confusion when programming interventions in the networks -Facilitate work with external stakeholders who are not familiar with the installations Specifically, the synoptic diagrams will serve several purposes, in particular: -Provide a single representation of each structure, which will be used both as the Supervision view background and in the Operating Cards—documents currently being developed that will define, for each local station, its operating mode in all situations (dry weather/rainy weather, low water/flood, normal/degraded mode, ...) -Provide a training support for regulators of the PC SAPHYRS or other DSAR agents, or other Departments -Identify on site using locally posted materials, or by producing binders that will be made available to field agents in intervention vehicles -Illustration in documents and notes prepared by the…
