Synoptic diagram requirements for DSAR: The development of a standardized representation of local stations (management nodes, pumping stations or pre-treatment stations) offers multiple advantages: -Facilitate understanding of how the sites operate for new arrivals -Facilitate communication between field agents and office staff -Limit the risk of confusion when scheduling interventions in the networks -Facilitate work with external stakeholders who are not familiar with the facilities In practice, the synoptic diagrams will meet several uses, in particular: -Provide a single representation of each facility, which will be used both as a Supervision view background and in the Operating Sheets, documents currently being developed which will define, for each local station, its operating mode in all situations (dry weather/ rainy weather, low-flow conditions/ flooding, normal/ degraded mode, etc.) -Provide training material for the controllers of the PC SAPHYRS or other DSAR agents, or other Directorates -Identification on site using locally posted materials, or production of binders that will be made available to field agents in the intervention vehicles -Illustration in documents…
