TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement relating to the Master Plan for Wastewater Treatment launched for 12 communes: Domessargues / Montagnac / Moulézan / Mauressargues / Haute-Braune (Gajan / Fons Outre-Gardon / Saint-Bauzély / Saint-Mamert-du-Gard) / Poulx / Lédenon / Marguerittes / Saint-Gilles is intended for each of them to: • Carry out an inventory of collective and non-collective sanitation • Produce an overall assessment of all works and actions to be carried out and define priorities based on the issues involved (in particular environmental ones) • Ensure that the infrastructures (wastewater treatment plants and networks) will have the necessary capacity to accommodate the new residents envisaged in the future • Result in a programme of works and actions that are fully compatible with the local authority’s financial resources and its current and future planning documents This contract is concluded for a period whose duration starts on the date later specified in the service order for commencement of the services and ends after 48 months.
