TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renewal, reinforcement and extension works on hydraulic networks, including installation of conduits/ducts, draw wells, various network-equipped inspection chambers for various projects – Future prison – ZAE Nimes Sud and connection to Générac, at any point within the territory of the Communauté d’Agglomération Nîmes Métropole. This contract is concluded for an initial period, the duration of which begins on the date of notification and ends after 36 months. All services will be paid for by applying unit prices to the quantities actually carried out. The services covered by this lot are subject to a framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, concluded in application of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. In application of Article R2162-4-1° of the same Code, it is concluded with an economic operator, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value.
