TENDER DESCRIPTION

Works for the renewal, strengthening and extension of hydraulic networks, including laying ducts, draw pits, various network-equipped inspection/manholes for various projects - Future prison - ZAE Nîmes Sud and connection to Générac, at all points throughout the territory of the Communauté d’Agglomération Nîmes Métropole. The present contract is concluded for an initial period, the duration of which starts on its notification date and ends after 36 months. All services will be paid for by applying unit prices to the quantities actually carried out. The services under this lot are the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, concluded in application of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. In application of Article R2162-4-1° of the same Code, it is concluded with an economic operator, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value.
