TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract concerns the implementation of remote survey campaigns administered by means of a questionnaire to a large sample of households residing in residential buildings (detached houses and apartments). It aims to produce usable data relating, in particular, to the energy consumption of buildings that have or have not carried out energy renovation works, in order to contribute to the evaluation of renovation aid schemes and more specifically to that of energy savings certificates (CEE).
