TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract is intended for the preparation, performance and use of a combined analysis of traffic counts and surveys on cross-border traffic within the area of the Eurodistrict Trinational de Bâle (ETB). The traffic counts and surveys cover 47 distinct cross-border transverse sections located across the territories of France, Switzerland and Germany (FR/CH/DE), for several modes of transport. The contract is divided into firm services (WP 1 to WP 7: inventory, survey plan, carrying out the traffic counts and surveys, data processing, bilingual French/German reports and project management) as well as any additional services (PSE 1 to 5).
